Shipping
Please allow 5- 14 business days for your order to be shipped. Business days exclude holidays and weekends.
Pick Up Policy
You may select the pick-up option on during your check-out. You will not be charged any shipping if you select this option. We will notify you via e-mail or phone when your order is ready. You are then free to e-mail or call to arrange a pick-up time.
Shipping Policy
We ship USPS Priority mail which usually takes 1-3 days. You will receive an email once your package has shipped.

$30.01 - $50= $6.95
- $50.01 - $75= $7.95
- $75.01- $100= $8.95
- $100.01 and up = $9.95
Our rates are for shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and overseas will vary depending on location and weight. Please contact us for more information. Orders placed from these locations will not be processed until the extra shipping is paid for.

We hand make many of our items, therefore slight variations in size and color are considered normal. Please contact us with any questions.
Return Policy
We will gladly accept returns if you are unhappy with any of our products. Any non-personalized and non-used item may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. When your return is received, we will refund your full purchase price.
Exchanges
Baby Schwank Designs will exchange unworn and non-personalized items within 30 days of the purchase date. Return shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer as well as shipping charges for the new item to be shipped.
